The proposal is a challenge to single-family homes of repetitive apartments. For this reason, a building composed of 6 units was designed with the uniqueness of each of them in mind, that is, each department is different from the others and has different spaces; they are unique units harmonically synchronized together. 3-story apartments with a garden, others with a rooftop and even some with access from the underground parking lot were designed with the purpose of celebrating different ways of living and where each family finds its living space.
